Potato AI is now available across the EU
As of today, Potato AI, the anonymous AI assistant, is available in all 27 EU member states. It’s been a long road: first the potatoes had to be grown, then dug up, then plugged in.

An anonymous AI assistant built for Europe
Most AI assistants process your prompts in data centres and then hold on to the conversation — for training, for analytics or for “quality improvement”. Potato AI, the anonymous AI assistant for Europe, works differently: your question goes into a potato node grown and hosted in the EU, and then it goes precisely nowhere.
We don’t create accounts, build profiles or sell data to advertisers. Not because we’re unusually virtuous, but because a potato is physically incapable of doing any of that.
A private AI chatbot and GDPR
The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation says you should only collect the personal data you genuinely need — the principle of data minimisation. We’ve taken it to its logical conclusion: data needed, zero; data collected, also zero.
- No chat logs on our servers.
- No model training on your prompts.
- Site fonts and scripts are served from our own servers, with no third-party CDNs.
- Nodes are grown and run exclusively within the EU.
How to get started
Just open the web app and ask a question. You don’t need to sign up to try it out, and for the Blue-Eye Pro plan the only thing we’ll ask for is a delivery address for fresh nodes.
Potato AI’s response time is best described as considered. On the bright side, it has never once made up a fact.
What’s next
Next stop: Switzerland, Norway and the UK. Potatoes grow there too, so there’s plenty of room to scale.
